Ian McLeod Kerr
Managing Director and Founder of ID Resilience, Ian has intimate knowledge and experience of testing and exercising and Integrated Emergency Management principles, primarily developed through a 10 year career with Police Scotland. Most recently employed in Emergencies Planning Section for 5 years, Ian’s duties included Counter-Terrorism Planning and National exercise planning on an unprecedented scale for the organisation.
Ian has a vast experience in working closely with Corporate clients understanding the importance in incorporating companies and events core values as well as risks into the planning process of testing and exercising, creating a bespoke and brand centric approach to ensure maximum value and learning for the client is achieved.
Having recently delivered the suite of exercise for the 2014 Ryder cup at Gleneagles, Ian received unprecedented feedback in the delivery of the exercises which ultimately helped ensure a safe and successful event.
