Client Relationship and Operations Manager Pauline is the consummate business professional, she has 20 years experience, a BA in Business Studies and is a graduate working member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Over her career Pauline has worked with many sporting and corporate organisations in event management, operations management, human resource management and the management of sponsors and clients.
Since joining ID Resilience Pauline has recently been involved in the operational side of our business and with our clients Rugby World Cup 2015 and The Wickerman Festival.
Prior to joining the team at ID Resilience she played a senior project role with the European Tour at the 2014 Ryder Cup held at Gleneagles, a phenomenally successful event world wide. Attended by 250,000 people and watched in 185 nations on TV.
Pauline has organised and managed Sir Chris Hoy’s sponsors and management event held at Gleneagles featuring many well known names from the world of sport, major sports brands, corporate sponsors, television personalities and commercial partners.
Pauline worked for the Scottish Golf Union as their International Manager for 10 years – running all international events, managing their national teams, the comprehensive client relationships that surround them and operational aspects of the business.
Pauline started her career at the Royal Bank of Scotland Head Office in Edinburgh as a graduate and then postgraduate working in Business Consultancy and HR.
